Cancellation and Refunds

At Lakshyaveer Defence Preparatory Academy, we strive to provide the best services to our students. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

 

1. Course Cancellation

  • Students may request cancellation of their course enrollment within 2 days of registration.

  • Cancellations after the stipulated period will not be eligible for refunds.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed only if a cancellation request is made within the eligible period.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed classes, discontinuation by the student, or failure to meet attendance requirements

 

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Students must provide valid proof of payment and complete the refund request form.

 

4. Course Rescheduling

  • Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course, subject to availability.

  • Any difference in course fees must be paid by the student before the transfer is approved.

 

5. Exceptions

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • The decision of the academy management will be final in such cases.
